December 11,2010 Christmas gathering

I can not believe we are in the middle of October already. I just wanted to keep everyone informed as we make plans for the Christmas gathering this year. On December 11,2010 at the Auburn Baptist Church, social hall, located in Auburn,WV we will gather for our annual Christmas gathering. This year we have decided to have soup, sandwiches, cake,cookies, coffee and tea. Please bring your favorite soup or try a new one on us. You can also make sandwiches, ( example: peanut butter, ham salad, or any combination that you eat with your soup) For the soup any flavor, example: chili, potato soup, chicken noodle, Vegetable, bean soup or beans and corn bread. Just make what your family likes and bring enough to share. Note: If we end up with 10 pots of chili we will have a chili cook off to determine the Chili Queen. Remember it is just for fun. I have the bowls, spoons, cups, napkins and dessert plates already. Tyler and Ashley Osborne plan on attending and bringing baby Cameron so I thought we should plan on bringing baby boy items to welcome our newest family member. The DVD and calendar for 2011 will also be available that day. If you want either one please let me know ASAP because I have to place the order for the calendar by October 24th. As of today only 21 calendars have been spoken for so if you want one send me a message at ediexray@hotmail.com . Also if you want a picture of your family included please send that as soon as possible. If you have any additions to your family this year by birth or marriage please send the info,(ie: name, birth date) Finally, I have 10 cook books left if you have decided someone else would like one, I will have them with me that day.
