I know we are all so busy with work, kids, church programs and dinners and shopping at the worst time of the year because everyone else is out there too. Well stop, take a deep breath and remember the real reason we celebrate Christmas. God sent His son to us so we could understand
the true love a Father can have for His child. Now Jesus may not have been born exactly the night of Christmas Eve, but the bigger picture is the fact that He was born to a virgin and He lived and grew up here on earth so we could understand God's love for us. So in the mist of all the gifts, big and small, whether it was the perfect size or color. Or the gift that you just don't understand " what were they thinking?" Remember the most perfect gift came from our Father, the perfect gift of our Savior, Jesus. Remember all our loved ones that are already with Jesus and the promise that some day we can meet again. With love to you all this Christmas. Please don't leave CHRIST out of your Christmas. Edith
