12 pieces of Toll House Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, 1- 8oz pkg cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk ( Not evaporated), 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 can of cheery pie filling. Preheat oven to 325. Place 1 piece of cookie dough in 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake for 12 minutes.Remove from oven while mixing cheesecake mix.
Beat cream cheese, milk, egg, and vanilla in medium bowl until smooth. Spoon 3 Tablespoons mixture over each cookie already in muffin cups. Return to oven to bake another 15-18 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely. Top with pie filling and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. You can leave paper cup liners on and serve as finger food or remove cup liners and arrange on a serving plate.

Edie, this dessert sounds really yummy I'll have to run off a copy before it gets deleted from the blog. Richard is like Mikie he'll eat anything along as it's sweet. I'm sure he'll enjoy it though, and so will I although I don't need it.
Why do you think it will get deleted? The Blog only displays one page at a time but you can go to the very first one and still read it. At the bottom of the page you will see "Older Post" just click on it or on the home page all post are listed and you can review by month or title. Also, on the pictures you like if you left click the mouse it will enlarge the picture. Then you can get the full picture. I think you can see water droplets on some of the Iris if you enlarge and like the pictures of LeAnn's wedding you will really see detail. Love to you.
