Was watching Charlie Brown and The Great Pumpkin and decided to make pumpkin cookies. It really makes your kitchen smell good and gets you in the mood for the upcoming holidays. Yummy......
I'm no good at making cookies mine turnes out so hard u cant even break them into let a long eat 1.I Love pumpkin so the cookies sound yummmmmy but hope Ann can bring me a batch.I even get the cookie dough at the store & i stile have no luck Love u all.
Sounds like you bake them too long or the oven is too high. I use 350 for 12 minutes and take them out. They always seem to work just fine. Since nobody has eaten pumpkin cookies I will make some for the party....:)
