Just some tidbits from a recent sermon. You are created in the image of God, you are a child of God. Have you ever thought how much it cost God? God gave His only Son for each and every one of us. Are you living up to your potential as a child of the King? Do you sow seeds of faith? You should share your faith in Jesus, the living Son of God, our Heavenly Father! What are you willing to pay for your relationship with Christ? It is a free gift! It is more than saying you are a Christian you must show a desire to have a close personal relationship with Jesus. Read God's word, pray and bring your needs to Jesus, trust and believe that God is who He says He is.
If you do not like who you are, then change your perspective about your position. Don't focus on the short comings of others- focus on yourself and change your perspective of the people in your life. Forget the past! Yesterday is gone! Look to your future with God as your leader. Change will come from within you as you see the world as Jesus sees us.If you are not willing to sacrifice- you will not be a success. You can not be a success without failure! You can not predict the future, so live to control how you respond to the future. Believe Jesus is the Son of God. Ask to be forgiven of your sins and let Jesus come into your heart and be lead by the Holy Spirit that will dwell in you. With love and prayers, Ann

It is so sad that all the trash you see on facebook and people want to add their comments. You put notes from a sermon and either nobody reads or nobody has their own comment to add. I put these sermon notes on here to get a conversation started but I feel like I am talking to myself. Of all the "Christians" in our family I would think someone would have heard an interesting sermon or Sunday School lesson or Bible study lately. We must stand up for our beliefs or we will fall for anything....
