News from TX

Hey everyone, its been a busy month of us here in tx. Just a few updates Loretta will be 3 on the 11th of this month. It so doesn't feel like she should be that old already lol. Cheyanne is crawling as pretty as you please and has been pulling herself up and walking the length of things it won't be long before she lets go completely. David and I are doing well also, keep david in your prayers because he is trying to get his papers and stuff in order to reenlist and/or deploy soon so that he can have a longer time to try and get reenlisted and promoted. The army has been given him the run around and makin it hard to do any of it. Well til next time love from, Katie and family.

The Start of the New Year!

Hey everyone, Earlier this summer I went to Texas to see Katie, David, and the girls... then I took summer classes. Once classes where over I went home to see everyone and went to the beach with my best friend, Tori and drop her off at her College. While I was in Newport New, Va I got another tattoo, it's behind my ear.
I'll be starting my second year of College on Wednesday. I'm trying to get all my stuff unpacked before classes start. I have an 8am Wellness class :( but my roommate will be with me, so it's all good. I just want everyone to keep their fingers crossed and pray that I will be able to go to Japan for a Theatre class I really want to take. :)

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE?????

Hey boys and girls, I know this time of the year is busy with gardens, canning and kids going off to school.... But, we are all still waiting for you to put something on the Blog to keep us up to speed with everyone. I have talked to Vickie, Madeline and Aunt May, they are all busy. Madeline says Freman is doing so much better. Vickie reports that her and Justin have started school again and trying to keep up with school, work and house keeping. Aunt May has Austin back in school and she is keeping busy too. Aunt May reports the Church homecoming was a spirit filled day with good food, fellowship and worship service. You can't ask for more than that. I have been busy the whole month of August moving kids and furniture. I think we are coming to an end maybe this long week-end will wrap it up. Keep in touch. Congratulations LeAnn Lemon Bennett , you made it! LeAnn graduated on Thursday August 6th and LeAnn and Justin moved into their new house that same week. It has been a busy fun week.
Next we have to get Shawn moved down to Huntington and ready to start college on September 8 at 9:00am. Then me and Mark will be empty nesters.
